ADDRESSING THE BODY CHANGES FOR THIS QUARTER
(Please note: The following information is not, technically,
part of the third quarter predictions channeling. However, since so many people
seem to be trying to understand what is happening to their bodies, I chose to
leave in this information that was offered to a small group at the same time
the predictions were recorded.)
What we want to say to all of you is that if you can
remember when you were younger, and you went through what you call puberty,
your bodies changed. Then your
societies convinced you that as you aged, your bodies would change again so Sue
and Marcia can complain about menopause.
Sue is laughing because she is thinking Kris still has something to look
forward to. Still, these are conditions
that you were convinced of that had to happen in order for you to progress
forward. In a sense, some of the physicalities,
physical issues in your physicalities, are happening because you are
progressing onward, you are coming into a, we will say, new you. So you can think of the caterpillar to
butterfly or you can think of from child to adult – it does not matter. It is still a process. You can ask us why there is discomfort in
this process and we will say to you there need not be. Sue says it is easy for us to say since we
are not the ones in the body who are going through this! What we will say instead is to learn three
things in regard to these physical changes happening in your bodies.
ACKNOWLEDGE, BREATHE, BE JOYFUL
The first thing we will say, regardless of what it is you
are feeling we are going to ask you to acknowledge the feeling. Sometimes you let it go in what you call the
back of your mind and you pretend until it gets so bad that you must feel you
have to take something for it. So the first step is to acknowledge what your
body is telling you if it is pain, if it is discomfort, if it is a headache, if
it is gas, if it is sunburn, if it is body odor, we do not care, please
acknowledge first.. Do not ignore, do
not pretend it has not happened.
Acknowledge what is happening.
This means the eye issues that you have all been having, the back
issues, the concept of your intestinal distress, the things that have been
going on in your body. Acknowledge
first. Say to your body: “I acknowledge
that you are doing “X”.” Once you have
acknowledged this, it means that you are then going into the energy that is
happening within you. This is a very
important step in what is happening.
Once you have acknowledged it, you can then be able to do something
about it. It is while you deny, it is
while you say ‘I do not know why’, it is when you attempt to pretend that it is
not happening that difficulties arise.
So we will say that is the first step.
The second thing we will say to you once you have
acknowledged is then to accept the fact that in these changes you do not have
to, once you have acknowledged them, you do not have to suffer at all. Once you acknowledge these changes, provided
that you can keep your mentalities from going into the ‘what is wrong, what is
wrong, what is wrong’ mode, if you will acknowledge what is going on, and then
the second part is to breathe through the issue with light. So we will say to you, if you are feeling a
pain in your right leg, to bring the light either up from the planet or down
from the universe, allow it to breathe into that leg, seeing it as complete and
total and perfect, and stop thinking about it! Stop thinking and wondering if
this will work. Stop thinking and
wondering if this is okay. Stop
thinking and wondering did you do it right.
There is no right or wrong.
There is simply the act of doing it.
This light that we ask you to breathe is the light that will
be connecting you to your dimensionalities.
That is what is happening within your bodies. We said that as you mature from child to adult, as a caterpillar
turns to a butterfly, there are certain processes that take place. What is taking place in your body is an
opening to the dimensionality, an opening to the other dimensions in which you
also exist. In these openings, you need
to grease these doors so that they can open, and open with ease. The greasing of these doors can be through
this white light, through this breath you will be bringing into your body. Once you have done this, to understand and
expect it to be enough! To allow this
discomfort that you are calling it to simply go away. That brings to the third point.
The third piece that we wish to speak of is the understanding
that you can do this with joy. We will
ask you to be thankful for these changes and say something to yourself to the
effect that says: “Thank you for making me aware that I am truly in the
ascension process and perfect in every possible way”. Does that not make you feel proud when you say it? That is what we wish you to feel. We wish you to feel as if you have
accomplished something simply by breathing in light for you have. We wish you to feel solid in the knowledge
of the ‘who’ because you are. You have
all spoken of finding your powers. You
have all spoken of feeling different since the last time we were together. It is that feeling we are saying is actually
changing your physicality. Now you are
allowing. You are indeed progressing,
ascending, becoming more connected with your other selves in other
dimensions. Becoming more and more
aware of your abilities and capabilities and especially, children, that you are
indeed power. This power can be used in
a multitude of ways. Once you accept
all of this, once you are grateful for all of this, you will continue your
process without discomfort.
Kris: The feeling is changing our physicality?
Of course it is the feeling. The feeling is what creates now, does it not? Did we not tell you that with feeling you
would create?
Kris: Right.
Now that you are feeling empowered, you are creating.
We will caution you.
You, in this third dimension can be quite dense in so many ways. We do not mean just of your mind. We mean also of your physicalities. Sometimes it takes more than one try to get
that door open. So you do understand
this process. You do understand that
sometimes you have to push harder on a door to make it work. The sooner you allow the light in, the
sooner you recognize the breath from center of the universe or center of the
planet, the sooner you understand how this is working by opening these doors,
into this hall of mirrors where you can see dimension after dimension after
dimension after dimension without needing to understand exactly why you are
opening them. The sooner you do all of
this, the sooner you will find that you are, indeed, perfect.
In your gratitude and thankfulness, say something to that
effect by saying “Thank you. For I know that I am perfection and connecting on
all levels of my being, or in all dimensions”, or whatever you should choose to
say. Be grateful you are more than just
the 3D shell which we speak to at the moment.
Does all of this make sense to all of you?
Kris: YES
We will now shift from this although there are parts of this that belong in the
predictions for this new quarter. As
this quarter progresses, what you all need to become aware of, is this is a
pivotal time upon your planet. Does that
not sound very ominous?
Kris: No, it sounds exciting.
Marcia: It sounds right.
And that is what we wish you to believe, that it is indeed
exciting, that it is indeed important.
You are at a pivotal time on your planet in a way you have never been nor
in many cases did anyone expect you to get here. We rejoice where we are that so many of you have come together,
so many of you have created what can be called critical mass and you will now,
from this point on, create even more.
There is a greater acceptability in personal power. There is a greater understanding that it is
up to the individual. The reason you
have all been feeling so frustrated with what you call lack of accountability
is because this energy makes everyone accountable for ‘who’ they are. That is all you need concern yourself
with. Those people who are not
accountable, will soon see where that particular way of thinking will get them.
We wish to address all people. We wish to address all who are interested in what is happening. In our last predictions, we were talking to
you about the earth so we will do that again before we talk about the
individualities of what is going on.
EARTH CHANGES - NEW DISCOVERIES
We will start first in what is happening in the Indonesian
area. We will say to you in this
quarter, there will be a manifestation of change in that area that will help in
the discovery of something that has gone before that was never understood. We are not speaking of the species you are
calling the Hobbits (referring to the recent information of a new species found
in that area). We are speaking of other
discoveries besides that. It may not be
exactly in the place you call Indonesia, but it will be on that part of the
globe. There will be new historical and
archeological discoveries around and in that part of the globe. These are being done so that there will be
an understanding of what must take place to save that part of the globe as
well.
We are not going to be specific on this for various
reasons. We do not wish to manipulate,
we do not wish to change anything that is in progress. You still have those choices. (For those
reading with doubt, this is not what you call a “cop-out”, it is a matter of
respecting and calling to your attention the fact of free will). There are many people right now working in
that part of the globe looking for their pasts. We make that plural in so many ways. We will tell you that those pasts are going to be
discovered. As these things begin to be
discovered, you will find in other areas that you refer to more or less as
third world countries, there will be other discoveries.
CHANGING YOUR FOUNDATION
Please understand that this quarter is about changing your
foundation. The foundation of your
world has been based on what you have discovered to date. The foundation of your world has fallen
largely into scientific hands. So what
happens when science turns around and says “whoops, we were wrong”? You may find some of that happening in this
quarter. There are things and archeological
finds that will answer some age old questions.
It is at this point still debatable how much will become public
knowledge. There will be things found
that people will not understand how to make public. There will be a fear of making certain things public. Then there will be others who will not be
able to wait to make things public. We
will say that regardless of what is discovered, the only way to listen to this
information is for all of you to listen through your heart center. That will be the issue. It will be heart center work.
Again, starting in the Indonesian area, and other third
world countries, look in this quarter for new discoveries. Discoveries of things in the past, not the
missing link, but things that will change the very foundation of some of your
beliefs.
Q: Does any of this
relate to Atlantis or Lemuria?
We will say at this point in time that that is not how it
will be seen. We will also say that
there are connections to these areas that perhaps will be better understood
than in the past.
Q: But the Indonesia
. . . some of the old people thought that, there’s tradition that Lemuria
existed at one point, or something existed in that area.
What we will say if you look to your science is that you
will find that to be true of about ten places on your globe. So we will leave it that there will be
discoveries for that is all we will say at this point in time. With these discoveries will come a shifting
of focus. It is like taking a camera
lens and realizing all this time it has been out of focus and now suddenly you
are seeing things more clearly. That
will then be related to many of the geographical shifts and changes that the
planet is doing.
WEATHER CHANGES and CROP ISSUES
Let us speak of the weather again. We told you in last
quarter about the crop issues and they have come about.
Q: The crop issues?
Yes. About rain and
the difficulty in planting. You will
find with the extremes in weather there will be issues about the amount of food
being grown upon your planet. There
will be issues about what can and cannot be harvested. So we are going to say to all of you to not
allow yourself to become part of the panic and the projections that will be
made by many scientists because of weather issues and crop problems. When you can pull yourself away from that,
you will be able to look at these things and say there is a message happening
here. What is the message? This is another way for all of you to become
more in touch with your inner selves.
It is another way for all of you to become more in touch with your
compassionate selves. It is another way
for all of you to become more in touch with your heart center.
It is an unfortunate set of events that we need to create –
we collectively with Gaia and other energies upon your planet – we need to
create situations that force some of you to open your hearts. Those of you whose hearts are already open
need not worry about this. But if you
start feeling a tugging and an uncomfortableness you will know that your heart perhaps is not as open as you thought.
We will be opening hearts.
You will be opening hearts. Each
of you will be opening your own heart center to understand this, we will use
the word ‘lack’ although that is not quite correct. We will just say it is a shifting in your growing season. Of course, it started out that way. Much of the attitude is what will happen
because it started out inappropriately.
Remember, we said to you that it is the emotions creating
right now. It is the emotions which
will manifest. Do you wonder where the
emotions of these farmers are and what it is they are going to be manifesting
because of it?
So we will always turn yourself over to your heart center,
to your connectedness, to your planet and then there will be no issues. Know that there will be crop issues around
your globe. There may be
shortages. The projections that will be
put out there need not be true. There
will be ways of compensating that would be in the last quarter of your
year. For now, we are going to
concentrate just on this quarter. So,
the crop issues will be coming.
BIOLOGICAL ISSUES/SPECIES LEAVING
We wish to speak to you again of the biological issues that
you have been talking of, in regard to your mosquitoes, in regard to bird flu,
in regard to all those things that have been happening. Just as we explained to you at the beginning
of three steps you can take as your body goes through your own metamorphosis,
we will say to you that the planet is going through her metamorphosis. These things that are appearing upon her,
although they look like very big things to you, are nothing more than the
common cold to her. But there are
things, when you have the common cold, that are there to make the body more
healthy.
There will be species choosing to leave the planet in this
quarter. It will be the choice of the
species. Do not concern yourself with
what has to be fixed. It will also be
about educating. It will be about
making those who are staying behind more intelligent about why these species
are choosing to leave.
There will be species leaving. They will be consciously choosing to leave. It will not always appear that way. Know that that is the choice that they are
making.
ECO SYSTEMS/NEW DISCOVERIES
We will say now, once this has happened, once you are seeing
the species shifts, some will say that it is connected to your crops. It will give you a chance to truly look
again at the eco system that is your planet that has been ignored for so
long. It will give everyone a chance to
look at what they have done and how they have changed their own rhythm against
the rhythm that was natural and normal for them. This will be more subtly experienced by people who are sensitive
to the energies that will be traveling in the earth.
You have energy lines around your planet. You have what were called ley lines where
great symbolic places were built around where energy comes out. Because the dimensions are changing, because
there is going to be a sense that we are not as flat as you thought we were,
there will be new areas opening where minute particles will be discovered by
your science that have never been discovered before. It will have nothing to do with the advancement of your science
and everything to do with the fact that you’re finally ready to see what is
happening.
Q: What’s ‘we’. The
sense that we are not as flat? That the
planet is not as flat as it was?
Dimensionality. The
3D world is not just the 3D world.
ENERGY PORTALS
We will say with the discovery of this you will find
openings, you perhaps could call them portals, or energy centers, or the
crossing of energetic lines. We do not
know what you will call them. Please be
aware your scientists will be discovering things that they have never seen
before. This is nothing more than
energy that has been on your planet forever and people like Sue have been
working with. This is nothing more than
a way to label, to bring to a more visual label the thing that has always been
there. There is a need for it to be
seen by others because others are now opening to receive this information.
Know that as these portals open you will hear stories of
certain areas where anomalies – we do like that word for you do not understand
what it truly means – anomalies will be happening in various places that will
create enough interest that science will come in and study. In their study they will discover what they
consider something new. That also will
be happening in this quarter of your year.
Q: Does any of this relate to the orbs that are on my land?
We will say this to you.
If you can think again about the doorways that are within your body
that opening to other dimensions
because you exist in more places than one, what would things in your dimension
look like that do not spend the primary amount of their time in your
dimension? What do you look like in
other dimensions when you spend the primary amount of your time in the third
dimension? How can one travel to the
other? It is stuff that science fiction
has spoken of. You enjoy the reading of
such material. So we will say to you,
if you will truly look at your orbs and start thinking ‘dimension’ and not
‘thing’, you might have a different answer.
Does this make sense to you?
R: It does. Thank you.
It makes a lot of sense.
Q: I don’t know if
we asked you this question before, but along the same lines, is Bigfoot
dimensional? Does he live in not this
dimension but a different one? Is that
why we only see prints when he visits?
We would say the answer to that is both true and not
true. We would say that as we are
speaking of these areas, these portals you will be finding, that will start
marrying dimensional things. You will
also discover, once you understand how these work, if you leave one dimension,
nothing says you have to return to the one you started in if you find comfort
somewhere else. So there was a time in
the period of the history of your planet where Bigfoot was something that lived
here and chose not to live here any longer.
Q: Does he visit?
You would have to ask Bigfoot. Does he have the ability to visit? Yes. As a species, he has
the ability to visit. Is it not
interesting that you have made that particular species stupid and you are the
ones still stuck in this dimension, and NOT Bigfoot.
There is a great deal of judgement with your species that
needs to be shifted. As we said, with
this quarter, you will find the foundation will be greatly shifting. For those of you who have been saying things
that have been not the norm for years, you can sit back and smile and say ‘told
you so’.
You will have argument still because things take a long time
on your planet to be accepted.
We will talk about these dimensional portals, we will call
them. That is something that will be
discovered by your scientists in an odd way.
But once they are discovered and understood, they will also be able to
be utilized by people like yourselves.
By people who understand and are capable of seeing beyond the stuckness
of this dimension. Perhaps you will
choose to visit each other.
When you step from one dimension to the another, it does not
mean you need to enter at place “A” and return again to place “A”. It is like slipping through time as you have
said in you science fiction books. You
will understand this better when the portals begin to become more – we hate to
say popularized – but become more known than they are known at the moment.
NEW CURES
You will see this happening. You will see other scientific breakthroughs in this quarter. The manifestation process is going to be on
overdrive. For those scientists who
have and can truly, through their emotionality, believe their abilities, there
will be new cures. Is that not nice to
hear? There will be new ways to bring
these cures. That is the good news.
The bad news is that often the ego stands in the way of the
final production. Sometimes the cures
will be more simple and therefore not as desirable. So, look toward more cures coming through your science. Look toward more information coming from
your scientists about things like energy.
Look to see Tesla again coming into the limelight of some of the things
that he has created. Look to see things
like cold fusion coming again into the limelight. There will be great manifestation of a great many different
things. Oddly, once people realize that
the driving force behind these things is actually the emotional ability of the
inventor, it will be amazing how many things you will be able to accomplish.
GOOD/BAD QUARTER YOUR CHOICE
Your science will be quite busy in this quarter, as will
each individual, discovering what they are creating. So we will say to you, if you have a lovely quarter, it is
because your energy is going out and creating greatness. If you have a quarter that is painful and difficult,
we will say that your energy is going out expecting difficulty.
Do not get caught up in the difference between what is yours
and someone elses. If someone chooses
to leave this bodily form, it is their choice.
It does not mean you have to have a bad quarter because they have chosen
to leave. Rather, for you to rejoice
that they have made a choice that is right for them and you have made a choice
that is right for you. Not always the
easiest to explain on your planet but something that should be mentioned. You will be seeing death in this quarter as
well. Since we do not believe in death
as you do, we do not see it as a big issue.
GOVERNMENTS
Where your governments are concerned you will be seeing
the – and we use this in the broadest
sense – you will see the masculine losing its power. The masculine must have fear to rule. The masculine must be in a position of making other people
fearful in order to keep their power.
The feminine, as Gaia awakens, is beginning to change
that. As Gaia awakens and the feminine
awakens, that energy, that attitude is beginning to shift. So the concept of ruling with fear is
quickly going to be very much seen in this quarter. You will see negotiations in ways you never have before. You will see government upon government
being – we will not use the word toppled, for we do not feel it has to happen
that way. You will see governments
changing drastically because the feminine is coming out and there will be a
great need to keep their power as much as possible. They will do it, that masculine energy, by, in their minds,
placating the feminine energy. It does
not matter to the feminine for the balance is coming and she is very much aware
of that. Pay attention to your various
governments for you will see many shifts and changes in what is coming along.
MANIFESTATION
We will say that the general theme for this quarter is
manifestation. You have the opportunity
to manifest in the negative just as you have the opportunity to manifest in the
positive. Since your brain does not
always know the difference between the two, we suggest that you spend some time
and list what those things are in your manifestation process. List them from an area where you understand
emotionally what it is you are choosing to correct for yourself. In doing this, you have a greater chance of
attracting what you say you wish to attract instead of creating the ‘oops, I
guess that got in my thought without realizing it’ effect. This is spending just some time focusing on
those things you choose to correct. You
choose to bring in and have as your abundance.
WATCH YOUR WORDS
So we have the government and we have the science and we
have the concept of manifestation. We
want you to see that that is the thrust of this quarter, is manifestation. It
will be in all areas at all times, in all things. How it comes about will be dependent upon what is sent out. Think about
the emotional piece.
Please, children, think of peace, do not think not war. Think of love, do not think of not hate. Do not use the very word you wish to change
for that is sending it out with the understanding of what it is.
So we are going to say for everyone in this quarter to pay
attention to the words that they are using.
It will make a great difference in what comes about on your planet. It will be interesting to watch you all and
see how quickly you are manifesting.
You are already seeing it. You will see it even more so as the time goes
on.

Q: Can we do finances, the stock market, that kind of
thing? It is a part of what you are
saying.
STOCK MARKET
When we speak of manifestation it is very interesting for
there is a great deal of fear around your stock market. It is not just in your country but in other
countries as well. The fear has nothing
to do with the money. The fear has to
do with the successes. The fear has to
do with the, we will call it the personalities that live or die by what they
recommend. The fear has to do with the
wrongness or rightness. So think of
this from an emotional way. If they are
going out and saying “I know I am correct” but their first response, the emotion
that goes out before the thought, is “Oh my God, what if I am wrong”, then they
will be creating wrongness.
You will see huge fluctuations this quarter. You will see big rises and big dips. You will see things really crazy. For those who love this roller coaster, they
will have a great time. For those who
can stay within their center, stay within their core, they can feel safe in
what they are creating. Everyone must
remember that the first spark that goes out is the emotion behind not
necessarily the words. The first is the
emotion. If the emotion is fear, first,
you will see the great low points. If
the emotion is success, first, then you will see the high points. We do not expect your market to crash. We do not believe energetically that people
will allow that to happen. We do expect
some big changes that will disappoint people because fear is right now being
put out there through the people.
For those of you who do not worry about the stock market and
you have no worries, for you will put out your thoughts first with the joy and
abundance of “yahoo, I have this”.
HURRICANES, TORNADOES, SHIFTS
We spoke very briefly about earth changes. We will say your hurricane season is not
going to be an easy one. It will be
equal to what happened last year. It
will be distributed differently. It
will be a tough year. Again, that word
‘anomaly’ you all need to look up.
We will say where tornadoes are concerned, there will be
tornadoes in areas that have no reports of having these things before. It will surprise people. Everything and anything that will be
producing fear, will produce in people the thing that they fear. So if an area says, this is close to, and
there’s a possibility that if it happened in “A” it can happen in “B”, those
people in “B”, if they worry, then they, indeed, will create that reality for
themselves.
Understand again, the power is in your hands this
quarter. The power is in the hands of
your emotional feelings. It gives you a lot to think about.
Yes, there will be many earth shifts. Since you speak of your country, we still
see great changes on your eastern seaboard.
We see great changes on your western seaboard. We see great changes in the middle of your country. It will not be happening over all the area
at the same time. It will be here and
gone, here and then gone. You will be
busy enough cleaning up after yourselves that sometimes you will not notice
that other countries are having great difficulty, also. It will not be an isolated incident. Part of the crop issue has to do with
weather phenomena.
LOOK FORWARD
We will leave you then for this evening. We will tell you that there are many changes
coming to look forward to. Always look
forward. Do not look over your shoulder
and then trip over your own feet. To
look forward for that golden lining. To
go toward what it is you truly desire on your emotional level with great joy as
any child would on Christmas morning.
When you do this, when you go forward with these emotions, you will be
amazed at how quickly you will be creating.
We will be pleased to sit back and know that you are, indeed, doing
this.
